Pappardelle
Pappardelle is a traditional Italian pasta known for its wide, flat, and long ribbons, approximately 15 mm in width. The use of high-quality durum wheat semolina and egg mass ensures that pappardelle ribbons are wonderfully springy. The dough is pressed through bronze dies, giving the pasta a slightly rough surface that perfectly absorbs sauces. After cooking, the pasta increases in volume by approximately 60%.
This product contains no added salt and is low in fat and sugar.

Pappardelle is ideal for serving with rich and hearty meat sauces such as ragù. Thanks to its wide surface, it also serves as an excellent carrier for vegetables, meats, or fish. For a refined dish, serve Perino pappardelle with green asparagus and pancetta in a white wine sauce.
