Perino tagliatelle are flat ribbons, 6 mm wide, ready in just 3 minutes once the water is boiling — and notably, even if slightly overcooked, the quality of the pasta remains intact!
The dough is pressed through bronze dies, giving the pasta a slightly rough texture that perfectly holds sauces. The use of premium durum wheat semolina ensures that the tagliatelle ribbons remain exceptionally springy after cooking.
The product is portioned into convenient 100 g bundles — allowing you to cook exactly what you need, minimizing waste. After cooking, the pasta increases in volume by approximately 60%.

This product contains no added salt and is low in fat and sugar.
